Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.), or Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) from a recognized university.
- Proficiency in computer operations (word processing and spreadsheet).
- English shorthand speed of 80 words per minute.
- Transcription speed of 20 words per minute on a computer.
Age Limit (as of 1 May 2024):
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 42 years
- Age relaxations are applicable as per government norms.

Fee: No application fee for all candidates.

- Clearly mention "APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF STENOGRAPHER GRADE-III ON AD-HOC BASIS" on the top of the envelope.
- Submit the completed application form to the address mentioned above before the deadline.
